Positive: Easy access to touristic city center, in the main avenue with good lighting on the way there. Good value for a nice stay. Near everything needed. Secure and the guy who keeps things running there is very helpful and friendly. It's my 3rd time there.

Negative: We could be informed about having to pay in a separate link in advance, since it looks like a fraud. I don't know the reasons why we cannot use Booking to pay for the property, but it's not the standard way to do things and it looks suspicious to people that don't know the place. Since I did stay there prior, I trusted it. In theory there would be a card we could use to access the property, but when we got there, they didn't have it. Not only us, but other guests were confused too with that, since without the card, we needed to memorize 3 different passwords (or check the message we were sent).
