Summary: Excellent and professional service in every way. The reception, check-in and check-out process were impeccable! Much faster and more organized than other hotels in the larger and better chains. The organization and helpfulness of the staff in general makes me recommend this hotel to those looking for a pleasant stay with human and professional quality.
