Located in a quiet corner and away from the tourist hustle and bustle of Ilhabela, on the other hand the house has the best infrastructure of the island: beach at 250 meters, historic center at 500 meters with bars, restaurants and shops. Positioned on the slope of the hill, with full view of the sea, in the middle of the woods, the house is surrounded by nature. Birds, trees, squirrels (cinglinges), are the neighbors.
Going north, it is 5 minutes walk to the Village (approx 500 m), with its historic center, restaurants, bars, shops, events, exhibitions, bookstore and services. Across the street, the Pindá Yacht Club and the Sea Club beach in the south. A few meters away, restaurants (Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, caiçara) and pizzerias.
