Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Room was sober but adequate . Actually that is what we expected .

Negative: Although having paid through booking.com , the charged me again ion check-in arguing that they had not received it and that probably my card had not gone through . I paid “again”. Found out a few days later that I was double charged . It took a week of calling and threatening with juridical action before I got my money back . For me , bad faith ! They knew that a confirmed reservation by Booking means that payment has been made .

Summary: Charged me twice !
