Positive: Very cool and beautiful mansion. No mosquitoes. 250 steps from the beach. Everyone is very friendly. I made the booking in the morning about an hour before my arrival, and the housekeeper met me at the door and made me a cup of coffee. It's also very close to the tourist shopping street.
