4 Bedroom House in Capivari, Campos Do Jordão

Beautiful residential house located 300 meters from the center of capivari. Neighboring the house we have the Santa Colina Bistro, 100 meters to live barbecue grill. The house sleeps up to 10 people, 02 suites and 02 rooms at the top. At the bottom we have full kitchen, dining room, fireplace room and guest toilet. Covered garage for 04 cars and discovery for another 04 cars.
We have in our residence our housekeeper, she is responsible for the inspection at the entrance and exit of the house. She provides services to guests as long as they set values right with her. We do not provide bed and bath linens, we have blankets and pillows available for guests and in all rooms we have heaters which cannot be removed to be taken to other rooms. We also grant 01 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom to receive them, after the end of it the guest must arrange them for their use.
We do not rent the house for youth group, only for families.
Smoking is not allowed inside the residence, we have a huge garden for it.
Only small dogs and only one per rental. And will have a charge for the Pet. Be sure to mention it when filling in the reservation.
We do not have cable TV, only conventional channels and internet with Wifi. Enjoy to enjoy Campos do Jordão.
