It is a solid, comfortable, spacious house with spacious rooms. All views can be enjoyed during the whole day without being disturbed by the setting sun as the house sits on the west shore of the lake. It has direct access to it, which you can use to lower a boat or bathe. It has a lot of spaces to enjoy. On the ground floor there is a dining room, a family room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a pantry, a bathroom with a shower and a half bathroom. It has a covered gallery in front and covered gallery in the back facing the garden, plus a roundabout terrace perfect for breakfast, drinks and relaxation… etc. It has a half shaded car port for three cars, barbecue, private pool, front and back garden.The house (ground floor and first floor), galleries, terraces and balconies, garden, swimming pool and surroundings are available to the tenant.There are also maids available if the tenant wishes to hire one during their stay.
