Strategically located amidst lush nature, CasaIvan combines tranquility, good taste and a new experience in accommodation. A pleasant feeling of staying on the beach and in the mountains at the same time. CasaIvan is my home where I live in Floripa. For 12 years I worked in hotels in London and after a holiday trip to the island of magic, it was love at first sight and so I decided that this was where I would live and also get my dream off the ground, having a guest house, with a modern footprint, full of style and with a new proposal, where hospitality and personalization were highlighted. Today CasaIvan has 2 spaces available, which are rented individually and privately (suites) and the social areas such as the kitchen, barbecue and swimming pool are for collective use. Each suite is located on different floors of the house, which provides privacy and comfort for guests.

The Main Master Suite is the epitome of comfort and elegance. With a Provençal bed wrapped in voile, it provides an unparalleled night's sleep. The space has a versatile dressing table, ideal for a home office, and excellent quality Wi-Fi. The highlight is the large bathroom, equipped with a gas heated shower and a luxurious hydromassage bathtub. The closet, with minibar and coffee machine, guarantees practicality.

The timetable rules are CHECK-IN from 15:00 and CHECK-OUT until 12:00, subject to seasonal changes by prior arrangement. Attention to detail is our priority. We offer an ideal space for photo shoots and editorials, with prior notice and an extra fee. The professional team, led by me, Ivan, is on hand to make your stay perfect.
