The House
CASA SOL is a large, modern beach house with a pool, designed by renowned architect Anderson Nobre. The main house is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (one bathroom is a suite with two showers, two sinks, jacuzzi), large living room with a sofa bed and cable TV, reading area, gourmet kitchen with new appliances, dining area for six people, barbecue with a separate ½ bath and table and chairs for 14 people, pool with relaxing lounge, large balcony area for relaxation area with hammocks and 3 sofas. The second house located at the back of the main house has a living room, bedroom and a bathroom (sleeps 4 people).
The Neighborhood
Location, location, location. CASA SOL is located 20 meters from the beach in a privately secured neighborhood area in Cabo Frio's prestigious Foguete district. The Praia do Foguete neighborhood began as a high-end real estate development designed for high-ranking officers of the Brazilian military. Over the years, the area has had an orderly growth and today houses many modernly designed houses of prominent Cabo Frio residents (the famous Brazilian surfer Vitor Ribas lives in the neighborhood). The beach is clean and is surrounded by heritage protected areas with many attractions and things to do.

There are many attractions nearby. Surfing, Kite-Surfing are accessible on the beach in front of the house because the conditions in the area are perfect for these sports. The Brazilian diving capital and the famous Blue Cave are a 5-minute drive away in the nearby town of Arraial do Cabo. If you prefer to dine in excellent restaurants, Cabo Frio (another short 5-minute ride) offers many options for the food connoisseur.
