FANTASTIC HOUSE, FOOT IN THE SAND WITH 4 BEDROOMS, AIR CONDITIONING Split SILENT in the Dorms. THE MOST RUSTIC AND MODERN EQUIPMENT IN THE CENTER OF UBATUBA! Carnival Package 2020! Book 6 months in advance! New Year was rented 8 months in advance.
Unique architecture project created and executed by my Father in the 70s, in Maravilhosa beach, Praia do Tenório, Ubatuba, Sao Paulo, Brazil. The house has the ADVANTAGE of being very close to the CENTER, near the best restaurants of Ubatuba, and close to the small airport and Rent a car Localiza (for the gringos). You can go by bike to the center of Boa. Take your bikes or rent some "local" bikes right there before the entrance to the Tenório condominium. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and banks are close by.
Ideal for families and surf-friendly days. The beach is very clean, with CETESB always the best qualification as the tides help, the sand is fine and clear, and from time to time it is possible to find a couple of turtles in the water that lives near the rocks in the corners. I love when I meet the turtles and it happens a lot, I have video, request :-)
The house is within the Closed Allotment of Tenório Beach, has 24 hour security, round until night on the beach and full of cameras on the streets. It is next to the Grande Beach and next to the Red Beach of the center (tombo beach) is beautiful too. Come visit Tenório Beach!

NEW SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING AND ALWAYS REVISED IN 4 BEDROOMS.
The house has wifi, internet 4 Mega (the best of Vivo there, sorry ...), Netflix (it takes to load the 1st time but works well, ebbaaaa) and is foot in the sand !!! You can go pee at home, make wonderful snacks on the porch table, or even go for a walk on the nearby surf beach (Praia Vermelha).
NO POOL !!! But in summer you can swim late into the sea, or go into the sea at night (I always go in, if it's CALM obvious, and even the butt ...). I do not recommend swimming in the NIGHT or over the surf because it has currents and waves! During the day this beach and a few of Ubatuba has a lifeguard team. In summer the water is always warmer and the sea super calm, but can be angry too, depends on the tide.
Beach very frequented by families and children.
The beach is very quiet for walking at night, and has the guards passing with the lantern on the walls and whoever is on the beach at night. At 5 am the condo sends a tractor daily to pick up the trash and clean the beach sand, and City Hall finishes the service.
We do frequent detetization in the house and pest control. We ask to take out the trash from the house daily and put the blue cans on the street because cats and skunks that are protected by Ibama (Brazilian version of the Tasmanian Devil) can attack your trash the night after the barbecue and make noise. Late afternoon when the sun goes down bats can fly over the entrance of the house. They eat fruit, they won't bite you.
If you need an extra cleaning or daycare ask for it. We refer the girl who already takes care of our house and will be happy and you negotiate directly with her or her daughter. For bed linen request, it depends on the previous rent, as we do not have a dryer, only a washing machine.
I, Marcia, will often check that everything is in order (I love Ubatuba also in winter!) and I take care with great care and care of this house of the 70, one of the first of the allotment. I make sure everything is spotless. This is a homestay we use, not just a rental home.
