Positive: Whilst the room was quite small, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hot shower needed no adjustment. The toilet and shower were well equipped for our 1 night stay. The staff were so helpful and courteous. We had a wonderful breakfast, they catered for special diets - coeliac allergies. Vegetarians and vegans. The facility to store travel luggage for the day before our evening flight enabled us to maximise our time enjoying the museum and park. It's location is Central and enabled us to walk to Liberdade and Av Paulista. Above all it was safe and welcoming.

Summary: I would really recommend this hotel to anyone visiting São Paulo.
