Summary: The view from the dining room and my room was amazing! The staff was nice and responsive. However, they were not so diligent. When I got there, the shower was not working, the heat was blasting. This stuff should be checked before a guest arrives. But they fixed these issues when I asked. They got a plumber the next day to fix the shower. And they turned down the heat. There was also a raised platform that was a tripping hazard on the way from the bathroom to the bed. They should have had nightlights to show that when the room is dark. The breakfast didn't have great gluten-free options the first morning I was there, but that's pretty common for hotel breakfasts in Argentina. They got chipas for the days later so it was ok. The place was generally shabby but clean. My bag was heavy and I stupidly didn't realize there was no elevator, so I asked for help and was given assistance.
