Cancellation Policy: 24 hours before arrival.
After the reservation is confirmed, the property will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to arrange payment of a 35% deposit of the remaining balance. If the payment is not made, the reservation will be canceled. The final 50% payment must be made at check-in.
A valid phone number must be provided when making the reservation. If the provided number is not linked to the profile responsible for the booking, the reservation will be canceled.
Check-in: From 1:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Check-out: From 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Payment upon arrival in cash, credit cards, or debit cards.
