The Costa Esmeralda Building is a historic building in Guarujá located on the right corner of the beach of Asturias known more by the nickname "Corner of the Galhetas" idealized by the prestigious Zarif-Canton engineers.
Apart from being a "Beach Apartment", we consider this place as our first home. We take care with all affection and respect. We live for many years and have a great attachment to the Apprentice and the building.
In 2010 we reformed keeping the original characteristics as: stone floor and the original wall texture. In the so-called "Maid's Quarters" an incredible suite was made, separated from the rest of the house and with a lot of privacy.
Good family building, great for children and the elderly, lots of space, and other very specific leisure areas.
The profile of the people in the building is very variable, many season renters and condo owners, weekend surfers and a few locals.
There is an exotic saltwater pool.
For those who like sports is perfect. Incredible waves, stand` ups, fishing, bocce, jogging, cycling, football, etc.
Perfect place for that perfect night ...
The decoration is composed of works of art by the prestigious artist Paulistano 'Vitor Rolim'.
Anyway, come and look, relax, bring your family, make a sport or suddenly some new story! Arrive in an hour and a half from São Paulo (no traffic) with the excellent gastronomy, tourism infrastructure and the privilege of the beautiful beaches of the island.
If you are a perfectionist, a good 5 star hotel is the best idea :)
