Our house was built by Mr. Carlos in the 90s and where we had many happy moments. It was completely renovated in 2018, where we left the house with all comfort and high standards.
Guaecá is one of the best beaches and the condominium has a unique architectural project in Brazil.
We hope that you also have unique moments.
Below is some important information:
- Wifi: We have Vivo's 8MB broadband. The Wifi password is on the router.
- We have Sky and a 65 inch TV.
- 24/7 security by the security guards of the condominium.
- We ask for awareness with the use of water and electricity. Use
moderately the baths and turn off the lights and the air conditioning
when not using.
- The stove is gas and we have microwaves.
- We have 2 Fridges and 1 Freezer.
- 2 washing machines and 1 dryer
- The pool has two depths. A 0.30m and 1.40m beach (ideal for children and babies)
Home Address: Rua José Silveira Sampaio, 201 (Quadra 9) Guaecá Beach - São Sebastião.
- There are 4 rooms, of which:
2 double (Suite)
2 (Suite) dorms with: 2 single beds and bunk beds in each room. All rooms with air conditioning and fan.
- We have 14 pillows, 14 bedding and 1 blanket for each bed. 12 bath towels and 8 pool towels.
- 08 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.
- The use of the tennis court and soccer field is free, not needing
schedule.
- All household items, bed and bath linen, glasses and
cutlery are new.
- The nearest bakery and pharmacy are on Barequeçaba beach (5
KM).
What is prohibited by the condominium - subject to a fine:
- Walking animals on the grass and on the beach.
- Loud sound after 22:00.
