We have 1 suite with king bed, all rooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fan, living room on the 2nd floor with ceiling fan. The house has solar and electric heater, all windows screened and doors to beach also screened, house cool in summer. Home has never been rented. Sleeps 11 people maximum allowed 15, pets not allowed. We do not rent to events.
