Positive: The condo is well-located and spacious, featuring a large veranda.

Negative: There are several significant issues to address. The most notable problem is the unpleasant odor that permeates the apartment during windy conditions. The cleanliness of the unit was subpar, and there was no provision for drinking water, as there were no filters on the faucets, wall-mounted systems, or bottled water available. The linens were old and lacked flat sheets for the beds we used. The shower in the suite was also problematic, with a malfunctioning electric shower head. Additionally, the kitchen light was faulty, flickering on and off continuously, and there was no hair dryer provided.

Summary: Based on these issues, I would not rent this condo again.
