Positive: From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with friendly smiles and efficient service. Check-in was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were able to settle into our room. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony view was a highlight the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a relaxing drink in the evening. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping everything fresh and tidy without being intrusive. The resort facilities were excellent. The pool area was well maintained with plenty of loungers, and the atmosphere was peaceful but still family-friendly. We also loved the on-site dining options the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and every meal we had was fresh and full of flavour. The standout of the entire stay was having Santa Claus literally drop from the sky via a parachute onto the beach. this experience was absolutely memorable. What really made the stay memorable, though, was the service. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable. There were activities for the whole family, kids club, teen club and plenty for adults, the swim up bar was the icing on top of the cake. Entertainment is on the next level!! Special mention to the following staff; Alejandro - Italian Restaurant, Eric - Concierge, Roberto - Bar Tender, Luis - Tepanyaki Chef
