Ground floor suite for a couple, in a house right on the sand, on one of the most special beaches in Ubatuba. Just 200 meters away from the natural pool, with private parking and shower, facing the sea.
As a host and having the privilege of this lively interaction with guests, among the many lessons I have acquired over this time, perhaps the most valuable is that expectations are everything.
That is why it is very important to communicate clearly and in detail about the experience you are about to have, and I am very happy that you are considering the possibility of spending some precious time relaxing in my space.
So, here is what you need to know about the property:
1. The land is huge with exclusive access to the sea and three main buildings: the block with seven suites (four on the ground floor and three on the upper floor), the two-story house with two apartments, and the old social areas (which are now rented out under a fixed contract to a dear family, as explained below). There is still a small building, right in the middle, which is the old reception, currently used by me as an office and to store personal belongings;
2. In the front part, I have a partnership with a dear couple of friends, Silvana and Vanderlei, who use my kitchen and the space to prepare delicious meals and snacks for tourists on the beach. They do not serve tourists inside their home (a rule we have between us), and it is only for preparation, as they have a service point right there on the sand, more to the left of my exit to the beach (not in front). It is something very practical, because if you enjoy a good snack, just talk to one of the boys and order yours. I strongly recommend the shrimp portion, very well served and delicious! In addition, their son, Silvio, rents chairs, tents, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. In other words, you have a very complete service structure right near where you are!
3. Bring your own bed linen and towels, okay? I do not provide these two items;
4. Regarding the Wi-Fi, the signal reaches the entire property and the speed is great. This suite in question has a weaker and more unstable signal because it is further away from the router. Check with me about this issue if it is an important detail for you;
5. Your suite is equipped with a minibar, a coffee maker, a sandwich maker, crockery and cutlery so that you can have a good breakfast before going to the beach. Bring whatever you like for this meal of the day;
6. Also regarding the suite, there is a ceiling fan, and since I am facing the sea, the room is very airy;
7. The water heating for the entire block of suites is central, with a solar heater and an electric boiler. The shower is wonderful, and the shower is made of glass;
8. The suite has a balcony and a hammock;
