Colonial house beach front at Barra de São João, a beautiful village near Buzios area, a real gem! Very safe and peaceful. Fast wifi and smart TV. Ecological and historical paradise, between river and sea, preserved area. Almost privative wild beach at the backyard. House in a cobblestone street front to river. Built in 1850 well preserved with exquisite antiques decoration. Located in a dead-end street, very safe area, in an area of environmental and historical preservation. Total 5 bedrooms + 1 tv room. All windows with anti-insect screens. 3 double bedrooms (queen beds) and 2 single rooms (2 beds in each) plus 1 tv room with individual futon. 3 bathrooms (2 full wells and 1 smaller). Air conditioning in the suite. Fan in the others (airy and cool by the sea breeze and river). TV room / dvd. Equipped period kitchen (new refrigerator, microwave, stove 5 burners, dishwasher, toaster, coffee makers, good utensils). Dining table seats 8 & seating 5 seats & round table seating 4 seats & outside seating table 10 seats. Ceiling and floor fans, table games (bingo, deck, dominoes). Lawn yard with 2mil m2, with beautiful view of the beach, foot in the sand on the semi-private beach, hammocks, wooden benches, swing. Sport items ( soccer ball, badmington, frisbee and Beach tennis ). Barbecue grill. Garage (4 cars, 1 covered).
