Located in the best condominium (gated community) of Ilhabela with 24 hour security and infrastructure such as a soccer field, tennis court, beach volleyball court, vegetable garden, pool and fishing area on the coast and also possibility to launch boats upto 19 feet subject to a fee.
The house has a priviledged view above the tree tops and is nestled in the midst of the tropical forest and gardens. The pool, BBQ and the kitchen are all integrated. The living room has a 43" HDTV with Netflix and the kitchen is complete with everything you may need for 8 people. There are 3 suites, one of which is on the ground floor with a queen size bed and a small varanda and garden view. The other 2 suites on the 2nd floor both have queen size beds with balconies and ocean view. The main suite has an on-suite with a bunck bed with breathtaking 180° ocean view. By way of a circular stair well you get to the 3rd floor with an open area with 'tatamis', a queen size matress and many pillows for relaxing, meditating or just reading, and especially to aprreciate the incredible ocean view from glassed in area. We live in another house on the same street and are always available for anything you may need.
