Positive: A cozy, well-located spot that's perfect for exploring the area. You can really feel the owners' attention to detail and how much they care about their guests' comfort.

Negative: The only real downside I noticed was the noisy pillows on the three-tiered bed. The rest are more like things to keep in mind when choosing a place: - They provide linens, but no towels. - The host lives in the same house. - It might not be very convenient without a car.
