Two-storey house "foot in the sand", with panoramic balcony facing the sea and the island on the beach of Campeche in Florianópolis, known for the purity of its waters and waves for surfing and kitsurfing. Property five steps from the beach, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, gardens, showers, barbecue, full kitchen with hood and integrated barbecue, living room with cable TV. Capacity of 8 people with total comfort and sea view in all upstairs bedrooms. We offer bed and bath linen. Yearly rate system.
I am not at home and live elsewhere, visiting visitors when my presence is requested and I leave a phone with my contact to answer when requested. Guests have complete privacy in the house.
Campeche beach, in the south of the island, is close to the city center, 10 km from the airport and 15 km from Lagoa da Conceição, and has all the services: bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, clothing stores, cafeterias , pharmacies ... Boat rides to Campeche Island are performed on the beach. At Carnival we have a traditional street block, "Onodi", which attracts crowds of revelers in the neighborhood.
Taxis, uber and buses are public transport options. The nearest bus stop is about 150 meters from the street. The house is located on a small street that ends in front of the sea.
The panoramic balcony with hammock, table and umbrella is one of the most charming rooms.

Summary: I originally rented this property as a place to land after travelling. The house is laid out in an open plan that made cooking and socializing (within the limits of the decreto) so easy. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked almost all meals in the house. There is a big table on the balcony upstairs and I was able to remote work with no problems. My coworkers were very jealous of my view. The house is an easy drive back into central Floripa and can access the north or south parts of the island easily - but a car is very helpful. And there is a covered carport behind a gate to park it. Gisa, the 'dona da casa' is accessible and available for all needs. My family very much wants to come back and stay here again.
