Positive: The place is beautiful, have a cute balcony and is surrounded by flowers. The location is very good. A short walk to the stairs that lead to the beach. there was parking available at the place which was a plus for us.

Negative: Only one room had air conditioner and to use it, there was a fee of around 60 reais per day of use. the other room had no air-com and my sister was bothered by the dead mosquitos in the mosquito nets. it gave the feeling they are not cleaned often.
