The Space:
This second floor unit boasts two bedrooms, a full kitchen and a large living space with a wall of glass doors that create a wonderful indoor/outdoor experience. The kitchen which is open to the living room, has upgraded stone countertops, an ungraded refrigerator, and everything you'll need to cook to your heart's content. Move into the Living space where you'll find a dining table for 6 and a large seating area where you can enjoy the mangrove view across the street. The main living space opens onto the terrace which spans nearly the entire length of the condo. This is a great place to enjoy the partial ocean view during a morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails. The Master bedroom comes complete with a king sized bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower and great natural stone throughout. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds. You will definitely be able to enjoy a great night`s sleep and recharge before another fun day in paradise! Head up to the huge rooftop lounging space to soak in the sun and take in the breathtaking view. There are wooden loungers, shaded beds and a refreshing pool which are there for your enjoyment. It will definitely be hard to leave this space as it`s sure to be a highlight of your trip and the source of your next social media cover photo! If it`s beach you`re after, the white sand is a short 50 steps away from your front door. There, you`ll find a beach club where you can enjoy a lounging chair (for a small deposit) and full service including beverages, food and music. If you prefer to set up in your own quiet spot, there is plenty of space on this quiet stretch of beach. Be sure to take a stroll down the beach towards Mamitas as this is there is always lots going on there and a great place to mingle with other beachgoers. You won’t find panoramic Caribbean views at this price anywhere in Playa del Carmen, so don’t miss out on this great opportunity to rent your very own slice of Paradise.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the condo and to all the common areas, such as: free parking in the designated parking spot, roof-top terrace with swimming pool and lounging areas.
The Neighborhood:
Coco Beach is a quieter part of Playa del Carmen but walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants.
Getting Around:
You won't have any problems getting around on foot, or using the taxi system which is quite affordable. Your welcome package will outline additional instructions for you to get around.
Other Things to Note:
● There is a beach club located near the condo which does play music during some days. It can be heard at the condo but not within the bedrooms. The parking is not secured, so do not leave any valuable belongings in your car.
● Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservations starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform.
● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**
● Please notice we only provide toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.
