studio with 20 m², in a colonial house on the Iracema beach promenade, 30 meters from the sea, from the house. Completely private. In common only the entrance door and a small flight of stairs 9 steps up to the first floor. The elegant accommodation is perfect for two people, I don't recommend it for those looking for rest, it is ideal for those passing through.
The kitchen only has the basics for light meals.
