Positive: the apartment could be nice but it lack of maintenance and it is not clean. we asked to clean it again but again not to satisfaction

Negative: check in was easy but the problem was the keyless door, it will not open at our arrival, we had to wait 1 hour before we could go inside our room, the battery on the keyless door was too low. They came twice, first without the key to open the faulty door, second with the wrong battery. As soon as we were inside the room, we found it was not cleaned as it should be. There is a main carpet on the main room, it was filthy, full of hair and dust, all dirty. We asked to be cleaned again, and no luck it was the same. they do not use a vacuum cleaner.
