The house has a common fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. All rooms in this house are air conditioned. The house has been designed for comfort and relaxation, with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, on the front of the dining and living room that looks out over a beautiful deck and swimming pool. There is a shaded games/ BBQ area with a wet bar and fridge at one end of the pool. The house is situated in a secure gated closed condominium with a cool gentle breeze blowing through the palm trees.
