The living room is air-conditioned and offers a 50” Smart TV, blackout curtains, armchairs, and a sofa—perfect for relaxing or watching your favorite shows. The balcony includes a table with chairs, a pedal trash bin, and safety netting, providing a pleasant spot to unwind outdoors. In the bedroom, you'll find air conditioning, blackout curtains, a drawer wardrobe, hangers, a compact ironing board, and an iron. The pool usually closes on Mondays for treatment, but it can be closed by the condominium administration on other days of the week.
During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
