House in the center of the land surrounded by high walls, very green, flowers and fruit trees. It is an oasis in the city, where you wake up to the song of birds and the distant noise of the sea.
It has broadband internet and Wifi.
Upstairs is the master suite with balcony and air conditioning (Split), walk-in closet and double whirlpool, the reading room with excellent library, and the studio with beautiful view and hammock for the afternoon rest.
There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan and a TV in every room.
Sky antenna with connection to all rooms (who own SKY at home can bring the receiver), and Claro TV receiver in the master suite and living room. In the annex is the games room with pool tables (official), ping-pong, geek, cards, darts and bar with refrigerated counter.

The reading room, or intimate room, has a great library with diverse books. There are 02 DVD players: in the master suite and main room, and about 80 excellent movies. And in the games room there is a stereo with pen drive slot.
The barbecue is semi-professional, with granite side table, stove and pizza oven. And the refrigerated 4-door game room counter with sink holds plenty of drinks. In addition, besides the dining room there are several balconies with several tables.
The garage, on the side of the house, holds up to 04 cars, 01 covered.
