The sand of calm Manguinhos beach, with its beautiful sunset, is just two blocks from the house, with private direct access on the sand, for the best possible leisure for the whole family. Porto da Barra's fishmonger and fine restaurants are less than a 10-minute walk down the sandy beach, or a 5-minute drive. A beautiful tennis court is available! The pool will be ready before Christmas! The house has the service of a maid (not kitchen). She works 8 hours a day and charges 200 reais a day. This amount must be set with her on the last day of the rental.
