The Vila (Historic Center) is a 15 minute walk or 3 minutes by car, along the beautiful waterfront. The beaches Saco da Capela and Engenho D'água, at only 300m and the cycle path at 100m. 3 suites are on the upper floor and 1 on the ground floor. The common area is all equipped, with Wifi 4.5 G, many appliances and complete furniture. It has a large living room of two environments, complete kitchen, laundry, balcony with barbecue, pool, shower, vacancies for 3 cars and alarm. All this just 5 km from the ferry, along the main drag!
