Lighting: All the lighting in the apartment is new, with modern fixtures.

This apartment is exclusively for guests, with a maximum of two people.
The entrance to the building, including the lobby and elevators, is shared with the owners and tenants of the other apartments in the complex.
On Fridays, we can welcome guests until 5:00 PM.
We do not welcome or check out guests on Saturdays.
For long stays (more than 28 days): we include all utilities and taxes. These include: utilities, gas, water, internet, insurance, and property tax.
