Large and cozy, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 suites, a standard bedroom and a maid's bedroom (but has a good space, own bathroom and sleeps two people). The apartment accommodates 10 guests as follows - 2 on the double bed, 5 beds in normal single, 2 in bunk beds and a mattress in the bedroom. It has 3 tvs (in the living room and in two bedrooms), wifi, barbecue on the balcony and full kitchen. The room has three rooms and the balcony has armchairs, two tables (one of 8 seats and the other of 4 seats).
There are two parking spaces in the building and every time you leave the car driver must leave the badge to the doorman. In addition, the building has two pedestrian entrances, one accessible from the street and the other the street from the beach. There are chair and table on the beach for guests' use, just ask to place and tell the time to leave to withdraw. Usually you have a limit of chairs that can ask for fit, but it depends on the season and if the building is too full or not. When it is quiet, they release more seats.

It has to respect the rules of the building, the pool is free for guest use. There are a few restaurants nearby and you can also walk to other beaches like Pitangueiras and Tombo. You have to bring bed and bath game.
