Positive: I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place for two weeks, and I can’t recommend it enough! The host was incredibly interactive and proactive, always available to provide fantastic recommendations for things to do in the area, local restaurants, and even hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. His hospitality really made my stay memorable. The apartment itself is located in an older building, but the host has done an amazing job with the interior design. The space is thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail, which made it feel cozy and welcoming—like a true home away from home. Although the host primarily speaks Portuguese, he speaks enough English to make check-in and communication seamless, which was really helpful for me as a non-Portuguese speaker. The apartment also came well-equipped with food and toiletries, and the host provided excellent tips on nearby places where I could shop for anything extra I might need. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Salvador. A true gem with a fantastic host!
