Positive: The host made an effort to have someone meet us, despite arriving at a late hour. Sometimes flight schedules are not easy and late check-in is required, and they accommodated us.

Negative: There could have been clear instructions on how to use things like the washing machine, what to do with rubbish, etc.

Summary: Very comfortable and well located stay.
