Alto Can means “House of the Alto” in the Ibizan dialect, inherited by Sergio, a Spaniard who lived in the old house where this new and charming project is today.
The house is located at the top of a dune in Atins, where the views towards the sea and the Preguiças River are unique. The project is essential and minimalist in nature, thought and designed in a functional way to enjoy the breezes of the trade winds, its distinguished terrace and especially its views.
