Positive: The staff were so so helpful, and breakfast was delicious. The beds and the room were clean. Check in was very smooth despite us arriving at an awkward time.

Negative: The location, unfortunately, is awkward. It’s difficult to get Ubers to come out that far, and part of the road is poorly lit/unlit with deep potholes. You can schedule an Uber to arrive, but on two occasions our drivers cancelled leaving us without any at the last minute. The second occasion was when we were trying to get to the airport to leave, which was stressful. Before our trip started, I tried to get in contact with the hotel to arrange tours as I saw from other reviews that they did them. However they took weeks to respond to my messages on booking.com and even longer to respond to my messages on instagram. Communication before the stay was very poor/impossible. At one point I was afraid I’d booked a scam. Once someone messaged on WhatsApp a couple of days before, the communication improved drastically. But at that point I’d already arranged and paid for tours with another company which was a pity
