Paulo and also minutes by bus to Vila Madalena and Pinheiro's subway stations.
100 square meters of space in both rooms and balcony outside the roons with armchairs etc. One Bedroom with a king-size bed, plus a single cushion if needed, two armchairs , cable tv. Second bedroom with a double bed, one single bed plus a addicional single cushion. Both room open to a large balcony with view of the surroundings and with sunbed furniture and others. Large wardrobe. Excelent and very large complete bathroom with Eletric Shore and marble balcony . Both rooms share the house kitchen and eating area with other hosts . The two bedrooms with 100 square meters open to outside balcony with a very nice view and space for drinks and talk .
