Fantastic Master Double private two joint bedrooms which seems a private apartment inside a very cozy and comfortable house located in a privileged residential area of S. Paulo ( Alto da Lapa - City Lapa) close to the bakery ( on the same street, walking distance) ,supermarket Pão de Açucar near by, restaurants, pharmacies etc, easy access to transport to most places in S. Paulo and also minutes by bus to Vila Madalena and Pinheiro's subway stations.
100 square meters of space in both rooms and balcony outside the roons with armchairs etc. One Bedroom with a king-size bed, plus a single cushion if needed, two armchairs , cable tv. Second bedroom with a double bed, one single bed plus a addicional single cushion. Both room open to a large balcony with view of the surroundings and with sunbed furniture and others. Large wardrobe. Excelent and very large complete bathroom with Eletric Shore and marble balcony . Both rooms share the house kitchen and eating area with other hosts . The two bedrooms with 100 square meters open to outside balcony with a very nice view and space for drinks and talk .

The master room shares a fully furnished kitchen with a large gas oven with 06 burners plus microwave, double fridge, and complete kitchen utilities and glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. Share an eating area. We rent for hosting use of 01 people up to 06 persons these spaces in our large house in one of the best locations of São Paulo .
