Summary: When you come into the space it's more like an apartment and operate as so then a hotel. The people in the reception area and security are excellent and without their help this would have been difficult. The good, the internet was very good and the amenities were great. The downside is that there is no room service unless you pay an extra $30-$40. This means that you will have to clean your own space and buy your own tissue and cleaning supplies. Is one of the few places that you can rent that has a microwave so that was a plus security is excellent. Most of your instructions are online and won't be clear unless you use a translator because it's written in Portuguese or unless your language is good like that. The place overall is clean and it's a nice chill-out spot taking into account the negatives I pointed out. Now that I know what to expect it's a place that I would go back to if the price is right.
