It is located on a high floor, new building with a wonderful view of the sea, it has access for people with disabilities.

- The location is pleasant and with excellent lighting and ventilation, 100m from the sea, lovely view from the balcony. Ample space for family or friends.
- In the bedroom double bed and 4 pillows, in the living room a sofa bed, + an extra single mattress and a Futon Single folding matress that can serve as bed, TV 39 inches Living room with integrated kitchen (American), table in kitchen, microwave oven, blender, cooking utensils, faucet filter, laundry area, wc and gourmet balcony.
- The building is well located, safe and monitored with security cameras.
