Summary: We received no information for Check-in. The only contract number was a Whatsapp number answered by a robot. It was very dificult to manage to speak with a real person. In the meantime we were locked outside the apartment, not knowing what to do, at night. Once inside, the walls are not well maintained. It doesn’t look neat. The curtains are very dirty (picture attached), as well as the furniture (picture attached). The toilet seat was broken. For something in the area of Itaim Bibi, it’s sure disappointing and not worth what they charge. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge.
